Frequently asked questions.

How many users can I create?

As many as you like. There is no upper limit and no licence per person. If a great many people ask at the same time, the AI gets slower, but not more expensive.

What do tokens or requests cost?

Nothing. The device sits with you and computes on your premises, so no tokens are consumed. You can ask without limit.

Does the AI need an internet connection?

Not for the answers. The device needs the internet only for updates and, if you want, for remote maintenance by your partner.

Which documents can the AI read?

PDF, Office documents, text and emails, uploaded individually or as a connected file share. You decide which folders the AI may see and who in the company can access them.

What are AI modules?

Specialised building blocks, for example for legal, engineering, tax or HR. You choose the modules for your industry; for each question the matching modules confer and give a joint answer with its sources.

Can I test with real documents?

Yes. During the test you can load the device with your company’s knowledge and check whether the answers are useful for your work. After the test your documents and everything learned are removed from the device in line with the GDPR. So there is no buying blind: try first, then rent.
